Replacement of a pile in KAMSAR
OSS assisted the company JEAN NEGRI & FILS to carry out the replacement of a n°7 pile at the bauxite loading station in the Port of KAMSAR.
The challenges
- Cutting and placing the new pile on the Bauxite loading station without interfering with its operation.
- Carry out and ensure all underwater welding without having any visibility.
The outcome
The operation has been realized on time, the pile and its defence were replaced and are still functional to this day.
